Vince Alo – Customer Service Representative

Hi there! I am Vince Rhail Alo, my friends and colleagues call me Vince.

I am a Human Resource Management and Development graduate, with honors. I take pride in my academic achievement because I supported my studies. I juggled school and work to acquire my Bachelor’s Degree. I do not have kids but I am financially supporting my siblings. I am the eldest of 8 and I am the only one working amongst my siblings.

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years. I started as a customer service presentative and worked myself up to become a Senior Team Leader. I managed a team of technical and customer service representatives, virtual assistants, and team leaders.

For the past 10 years, I have acquired a lot of skills on how to manage people and operations as a whole. I feel like this is my calling and I know that I excel in this type of industry. Aside from that, I also worked as a virtual credit dispute specialist for a US-based company as a freelancer. I manage client and customer communication, and back-office work.

I can definitely say that I am hard-working and restless. I always look for productive things to do during my free time. In fact, during the lockdown, I was able to learn new skills while working at home, such as baking, sewing, makeup, and enrolled myself in different virtual pieces of training to enhance and acquire new skills.

I am highly motivated, passionate, and very much reliable. I radiate positive energy and an engaging atmosphere to those around me most especially when I manage a team. My managers would say that they are confident in me and they have full trust when I lead and manage a project. I received a lot of positive feedback from my previous employer and they find me as someone who always gets things done. I am detail-oriented, highly organised, a fast learner, and a natural-born leader. I have been nominated and awarded multiple times as a top team lead, and the top team almost every month.

Off work, I am just a simple guy. I love long drives and going to places less traveled. All of my close friends have their own families now, and I don’t, so now I am just exploring places and enjoying alone moments.
