I have a wide range of work experience because I am always open to new challenges and learning new things. I work with minimal supervision. I am dedicated, focused and passionate in every task assigned to me.
I have worked as a Technical Support/Customer Service agent. Now, I’m doing mostly home-based work. I’m a fast learner and can adapt to any changes. I’m proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. I have discipline to work independently with minor supervision.
I can perform Data entry, Customer Service, Ads Optimisation, Sales and Marketing. I am passionate about working as a VA because I like helping and assisting other people with their needs.
With a heightened interest in commerce I have a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration. I’ve worked as a tax analyst and as an operations executive. I am proficient in administration, am self-motivated, and learn quickly. I have great communication skills and have mastered time management and working independently to achieve business goals.
I am passionate about Customer Service and Sales – after working my way up to the position of Senior Operations Manager. I have worked with teams to achieve all KPI targets, excelled with problem solving, improved the company’s employee engagement and retention and been in charge of Quality Control. You’ll find me proactive, determined to master every step of your process, and a team player.
