Stephen Truya – Customer Service Representative
Hi, my name is Stephen Andrew Cena. I am a very sporty person. I love to play badminton and basketball. I was a varsity player in High School for both sports. I also love to travel and go to the beaches. I am a very funny person and I love to joke around because that is my way of relieving myself from stress.
I have two siblings and I am the eldest in the family, that’s why I’m really striving hard to be a good example to them. My fear is of course to lose my family, but I am also afraid of chickens. I am very close to my family. Every Sunday, we make it a point to bond with each other to have quality time. I am very close to my siblings. During my day off, I like to just stay at home, watch movies, and surf the internet. I am still single but I plan to get married soon when I am already prepared to have a family. Of course, I want to have a stable job first.
I studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. I am a goal-oriented person. If I will be accepted in this company, I will do my best to stay for as long as I can. I’ve read all of the stories of the VA’S in your company and I really hope that soon I will be part of this amazing company that you have.
As for my work experience, I started as a cold caller for outbound real estate and different campaigns for b2b sales. I was a cold caller for 6 months and after that I was promoted as a campaign manager at Callbox Davao. I was a manager there for 1 year. I was handling a cluster and also closing the deals with the clients to sign with callbox to make sales for them. Basically, my strength is sales and my main goal is to help the company grow. I also have work experience as an admin where I handled the emails and my client’s LinkedIn to connect them to potential leads.
I’m really excited to be a part of this company for me to learn more knowledge and gain more experience in this field.
