Shiela Raymundo – General Virtual Assistant
My full name is Shiela Veronica Eusebio Raymundo, you can call me Shiela. I am a full-time housewife and a mother of 2 pretty girls. I am residing in Bacoor City Cavite Philippines.
I studied Computer Operation at The Bethel Educational Support and Technology Incorporated. This is my first step in learning about computer functions and using applications. After graduation, I started accepting typing Jobs as a freelancer.
I don’t have any work experience in other private companies because I had a health condition before, so I decided to stay at home to take rest for my complete recovery. I decided to volunteer in our church as an office admin and I worked as an online seller on a popular e-commerce platform and sales representative in my friend’s construction tools and equipment rentals business. I didn’t indicate this in my resume because it is just a small business and a part-time job.
I am also a caretaker of my mother’s property here in the Philippines. She works in London UK. I do payments and other transactions for her monthly dues and other documents needs to provide.
I used to work as a division secretary but not necessarily as a professional secretary. My tasks included giving training and seminars, accepting phone calls, and arranging schedules for events and meetings. I also do a report using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations that’s why I am familiar with this application.
I am applying for a Virtual Assistant position because I need to earn money to support my family’s needs. Although I’m not fluent in the English language, especially in the Australian accent, I know I can learn it from watching video tutorials and other self-study materials. I am willing to learn more to be a productive Virtual Assistant.
