Sheilah Ann Fajardo – Customer Service Representative

Hi! My name is Sheilah. I’m 34 from Baguio City, Philippines, happily married with two lovely boys. I am currently working as a part-time Virtual Assistant managing phone calls and correspondence and records of members with personal and financial data.

I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing, but then right after graduation, I became interested in applying in the BPO industry. The shift in my career path gave me so many experiences and new skills.

With over 10 years of successful experience in the industry, I started as a customer care specialist and I have been consistently recognised for performance excellence as a Technical Support Representative for mobile telephone service and Smart Home Security System in the US. I also joined an Airlines company where I handled general reservations, ticketing and accommodations. I’ve also handled student loans and helped so many customers to manage their finances.

Despite the skills and experiences I have gained through the years, I still wanted to learn and improve more, so I advanced to being a Communications and Product Trainer. I screened new applicants and gauged their communication skills, then facilitated training for employees on all aspects of client projects (new hire, progression and enhancement training). I’ve created multiple visual reminders that were published to the entire group to help them understand new processes, updates or reminders in a simplified manner.

Shortly after, I was promoted as an Assistant Training Manager. My new tasks included generating repeat business through exceptional client management and good client relationships. I can work under pressure but definitely deliver quality output.

I joined and watched various Real Estate virtual training and talked to explore more in cold calling and I’m happy to say that I am now a certified cold caller. It opened my eyes and showed me a whole new perspective. One of my goals is to learn as much as I can to be a jack of all trades. I am confident that I can help and bring value to you, my future clients and partners and I to make it better for everyone along the way.
