Sean Paul Nicolas – Administrative and Customer Service Specialist
Hello, I am Sean Paul Nicolas.
I am a strong believer that a correct attitude and commitment towards work is better than experience.
I have been working for a BPO company as a Manager for the past 7 years and have decided to enter the virtual world to give more time for my family.
2019 was a topsy-turvy year for me. My grandpa passed away and my son was born exactly a month after. The hardest part of it all was that I was not there during those times and that’s the reason why I have decided to spend more time with my family.
I am a trustworthy person and I pride myself with my work and life ethic. Outside work, I love to bond with my family and do long motorcycle rides with my wife. I can say that I am a bit of a gear-head when it comes to motorcycles.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and have a broad experience both in customer service and administrative field. I have 4 years work experience as a Manager alongside our clients from a North American Satellite internet company for a technical, billing and retentions line-of-business.
Three solid and productive years have been spent with our clients for a North American Vacation Rental company where we handle the day-to-day customer service and back-end support for their homeowners. Part of what I do is to come up with specific action items to ensure continuous improvement for the business. I also have administrative duties where financial and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are concerned.
Hard working, reliable and a stellar attitude towards work and to achieving my goals – these are my strongest points. In this world full off competition and negativity, I would differentiate myself based on my work output.
With guidance from my mentors and directors, I can say that I have been molded and became adept in management and technical skills. I love learning and I am yearning for new knowledge that I can acquire. My biggest fear is of the unknown, the things that I don’t know and things that I am not capable of responding accordingly to, that’s the reason why I ask questions.
I personally live by these principles expressed by Mr. Einstein.
“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”
“The only stupid question is the one not asked.” – Albert Einstein
I’m asking for the opportunity to work and learn from a good mentor. Together we can make a difference and elevate your business to new heights.
