Rossghil De Pedro – Customer Service Representative

Hi! My name is Rossghil H. Depedro. I love socialising with people and solving their problems. I have been in the BPO industry for a year.

I studied at the University of Mindanao, Davao City. I am a college undergraduate, taking up a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

I am proud of what I have accomplished in my life so far. I want the absolute best for myself and the people dear to me. I often go above and beyond to help those around me succeed and be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.

My life is a mixture of moments, some happy moments and others not so much, but regardless, these moments have made me the person that I am today and I don’t regret anything that had happen.

I consider myself a strong, and very determined person. I have dreams to fill the world and I am willing to make the necessary efforts to attain those dreams. My motivation comes from my family.

As I recall, certain life circumstances forced me to move to Manila. There, I could release my natural urge to work as a Customer Service Representative.

Later, I moved to the Batangas and tried to apply as a Virtual Assistant. As a beginner, I researched more about Real Estate Cold calling since that was my first VA job.

However, I didn’t feel true satisfaction from what I was doing. So, I became a General Virtual Assistant, rushing into the unknown over and over again. Plus, I understood that success would come with a reputation.

So, I started looking for a job while I am working as General Virtual Assistant.

Someone messaged me and asked if I am willing to apply as Human Resources based in the US. After 3 months of working in Human Resources, I grabbed the opportunity and was promoted to Director of Management and Finance in the same company.

But then, I didn’t feel satisfaction even if I was in a Higher position. After 7 months, I resigned.

After a week I felt bored and tried to apply to the VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TEAM. And Booom!! I got hired and I realised that “NO MATTER WHAT POSITION ARE YOU IN, AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN A GOOD COMPANY WITH GOOD SURROUNDING AND PEOPLE.”
