Rohannah Anod – Customer Service Representative
Hello, I am Hannah. I am 28 years old, married with no kids as yet.
I have been in the contact centre industry for 7 years. I’ve spent 5 years taking calls, and also dealing with email and chat support for different lines of businesses. A few of my experiences include working as a Customer Service Representative for an Australian Telecommunications company, logging and creating fault reports for fixed lines. I’ve also had experience in the provisioning of PSTN, ADSL, NBN, and mobile services in carrier portals including WNO’s, SCP’s, plan changes, and roaming usage.
For the other 2 years, I was a virtual assistant for an electrical and plumbing company performing administrative tasks such as database management, data entry for invoices and scheduling, multiple email management using Salesforce, Zendesk, Xero.
During my spare time, I usually cook for my family. I like copying and creating new dishes. The sense of fulfilment that I get when they tell me that it’s delicious is priceless. I enjoy watching TV series, documentaries, and listening to music as well.
Three to five years from now, I envision myself, still working for you, but I was hoping to have a small business that I can do at home. And of course, having my own family.
I believe that with my extensive and vast knowledge in the industry, I can be beneficial to the growth of your company.
