Raifah Mudag – General Virtual Assistant

Hi, I am Raifah Mudag, you can call me Rai. I am single. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in BS Management Accounting from Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City. I am a Dean’s Lister, and I was an accountancy student before, but I decided to shift into Management  Accounting even if I was not advised to shift, considering the fact that I was a city scholar student, and I was afraid that I would not make it as an accounting student. However, I am now a degree holder, and I am proud, and I never regret my decisions.

I am an aspiring virtual assistant. I did my research on how to become a virtual assistant. I came across through social media on Facebook that you can enroll in VA courses with certificates. I enrolled and watched all the videos, and I now have the basic knowledge of becoming a Social Media Management VA, Facebook Ads, Amazon Online Arbitrage, General Virtual Assistant, Graphic Design, Copywriting, and WordPress Creation VA. Such as what tools are needed and what are their specific tasks. I learned a lot and would love to apply this set of skills.

I would prefer to work at home to save on transportation and food expenses. I was inspired by my brother because he is also a virtual assistant from TradieVA. My brother explained to me what are the advantages of working at home and I also wanted to work from home because I have lots of cats and rabbits that I take care myself.

I believe that being a virtual assistant is like being a remote worker, where you have a customer or client that you must be committed to helping save their time and providing them with high-quality work. I am confident that I am proficient in editing videos. I’ve been editing videos and photos since I was a high school student, up until now. I am usually the one making our output, such as music videos and even creative reporting styles, especially during online classes. I have experience making reports using Canva presentations, and I believe there are other tools we can use that I am willing to explore and learn. I am resourceful, goal-oriented, and meticulous when it comes to details and instructions.

I aim to grow my career and look forward to having a positive working environment. I am always open to learning more, willing to be trained, and expanding my knowledge as a Virtual Assistant.
