Noel T. Villanueva Jr. – General Virtual Assistant, E-commerce

Hi! I’m Noel T. Villanueva Jr., and I’d love to share a bit about myself. Aside from my work, there are many things in my life that I hold dear, like my love for singing, though I’ve always been too shy to sing in front of others. I also used to dance, something that brought me so much joy, but I had to pause when I started my family, which has now become the center of my life.

Family is everything to me, especially because I come from a broken one. That experience shaped who I am today and motivated me to give my family the stability I never had. I want to make sure that my kids grow up in a home full of love and togetherness, so I pour myself into my family in every way I can. One of the ways we bond is through cooking; I love experimenting with recipes, mostly inspired by YouTube, and making meals that bring us together. Netflix nights are a big part of our family routine too, as we huddle up and enjoy some quality time.

When we aren’t at home, we’re out exploring. Beaches are our favorite getaway, and we often go on staycations so that the kids can swim and enjoy being outdoors. Those moments are precious to me. I cherish every laugh, splash, and memory made, knowing that these times strengthen the bond I have with my family.

On the professional side, my journey hasn’t been the smoothest. I struggled with communication early on and failed multiple call center interviews, which was a humbling experience. But instead of giving up, I found an unconventional way to improve: I started talking to myself. It worked! Over time, my confidence grew, and I became better at expressing myself.

Eventually, I transitioned to virtual assistant work, which gave me the flexibility I needed to balance work and family. My career has taken me through various customer service roles, where I learned the value of adaptability and persistence. Now, I’m excited to keep growing both professionally and personally, always with my family by my side.

This is my journey, and while it’s been full of challenges, it’s also been filled with so much love and growth. I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
