Nathan Caballero – Customer Service Representative

Well, first of all, I am Senior High School Graduate from one of the biggest Universities in our city. I graduated late due to my behavior. I dropped out from school when I was in my 3rd year in High School because during that time, I never cared about my future. But when I got my girlfriend pregnant, I thought about how can I support my family in our daily needs.

I decided to go back to school to study and to finished High School. Here in Philippines if you don’t have a college degree, your only chance at getting a job is to work in BPO Industry. I was thankful that I grew up watching English series and documentaries of anything. It helped me to widen my idea and enhanced my English Speaking skills. I was one of the top students of the class when it came to Political Science. I joined a few debates and English Speaking Contests back in High School.

I was not lucky with my first my job because I needed to take care of my child while my girlfriend was working. A few months after, I worked as a data entry encoder for a friend , but it only lasted for 6 months. That was the time I realized that I needed to work. I worked online with US clients at deal machine and driving dollars for another 6 months. I am eager to find long term jobs to showcase my skills and ability that I’ve learned in my past work experience.

My wife is my alpha and omega — my first and last. And our firstborn is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received in my life. We live together with my parents and we gather together to have a conversation or discussion about future plans. In fact, my family is my happy pill as they always make me feel relaxed and happy. My family is a very happy one because we love each other and we live together under the same roof.

The feeling of pleasure or enjoyment makes me happy. Most of my family’s free time is spent talking to each other about our current life, current work, and future plans. Those are some of the happiest moments of my life. When I get a sense of achievement from my work, I feel more inspired to do more.
