Mohammad Nagaip Aslan – Business Analyst, CRM
Salutations to you all; My name is Mohammad Nagaip Aslan; but I’d prefer “Nagaip” for short. I am a Physicist who ended up in the IT sector after half a decade in academia. I graduated from Istanbul Technical University, majoring in Physics Engineering. I worked in many nanotechnology laboratories as a research assistant. I think I managed to combine the crucial aspects of the scientific mind with industrial production. I value remote work and all the perks it grants.
I started my career in the private sector as a business analyst and had the privilege of working in language learning startups, ERPs, CRM projects, and finance technology. My latest adventure in the private sector granted me a unique opportunity to work remotely, which is something I wouldn’t trade with anything.
Over the years, I have accumulated enough experience to manage software projects, plan and allocate resources for various IT projects, conduct in-depth analysis on any topic in the payment sector and engineering, and implement CRM/ ERP software for companies that would like to digitalise their operations. Lately, I started to manage and provide consultancy to companies and individuals on CRM and ERP implementation. I provide guidance to startups on how to scale up and reform to become more institutional. All and all, in the years of serving in the front for IT companies and recent projects; I have maintained crucial soft skills in project management, project planning, technical analysis, business analysis, and software consultancy.
The time I have served in academia, granted me a unique opportunity to provide thorough documentation for technical and business topics; whereas I can provide pitch deck presentations, technical documents, integration documents, and training documents. Also, since I am science savvy, I was able to write about subjects with a scientific background, and make them accessible to everyone.
For over half a decade, I have worked as a business analyst in many software projects; in finance technology, ERP, and CRM domains. Furthermore; I acted as a product owner in some projects and a project manager in CRM/ ERP projects. Hence; I earned and displayed many soft skills in software project management. I can provide a full Gantt chart, tasking, AGILE planning, and resource planning with thorough documentation and periodical reporting to stakeholders. Also, since I have worked on CRM projects as a project manager; I provide complete guidelines for institutions to adapt and implement CRM systems for their organizations with detailed flows, automation, and additional technical support.
Last but not least, working in academia for half a decade; I provide Physics, Mathematics, and Biology private tutoring to adults and young adults to raise awareness about scientific thinking and domain awareness.
