Marvin D. Mahilum – CSR and Administrative Assistant
Hi, I’m Marvin – but people call me Tyrone as my nick name. You can also call me Vin, which is short for Marvin.
I am an undergraduate of BS Computer Science. My dream was to really focus more on programming and IT related stuff, but things turned out differently when I stopped studying due to the needs of my family. So I decided to work in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative.
I can say that I have been successful with my career in BPO for the past 9 years. Working in a call center was fun. The mix of cultures, the learnings and the people I work with are all amazing.
I’m a 9-year customer service supervisor – I’m called that because ‘analytical complex problem solver’ is not an official title. 😉 I live and breathe customer service and have already turned relationship building into my lifestyle.
Other than that I had been a Quality Assurance Specialist for 1 year and 11 months, giving me the advantage on analytics and QA support. I am also well versed in the specialties below that I have developed through my daily work experience:
- Administrative Support
- Recruitment and Sourcing
- Customer Service (for Billing, Sales, Retention and Collections)
- Technical Support (for Video, Home Phone and Mobile)
- Back office support
- Transcriptions
- Management
- Leadership
- Coaching.
I have also gained a lot of experience outside of BPO as I once worked part time as an ESL tutor for Chinese students.
You will love working with me because you’ll get value from a result oriented, flexible and customer-driven professional that can deliver. Overall I am an ideal VA that can assist with customer service, office and administrative, events planning and management and other personal VA related tasks. On top of all the skills that I gained within my BPO days, I also have reporting and leadership skills.
When you hire me you’ll be getting a highly skilled VA who can work with minimal supervision, and who has the skills to help you with your daily needs.
With Utmost Respect,
Marvin 🙂
