I am Maria Muthira Mbugua a highly skilled and devoted administrative and personal support professional with a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) Degree. I have a track record of offering senior-level executives exceptional administrative and personal support. Having worked in this industry for five years, I have developed the ability to work well with clients and businesses and handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency. I now possess deep and all-encompassing knowledge in operations support and administration. My love for providing administrative support to businesses stems from a sincere desire to assist entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing innovative and efficient solutions so they can focus on their core business functions follow their passions and take time off to achieve work-life balance.

I have worked in fast-paced companies in a range of administrative and personal support roles. Prior to spending four years working at a university, I began my career as a human resources assistant for a printing company. Afterwards, I was given the chance to work virtually from home. I am good at managing calendars setting up appointments planning meetings taking minutes organising travel booking flights and lodging managing emails managing social media and handling correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. My work experience in customer service has given me great communication skills which allow me to answer questions give information and handle issues in a timely and courteous manner. I have actively taken part in managing deadlines keeping track of progress organising team activities and coordinating projects.

I enjoy the flexibility that working remotely provides because it helps me better manage my time and fosters an environment where I can concentrate on producing excellent work without being distracted by the usual distractions found in an office setting. Supporting companies and making them run more smoothly brings me satisfaction.

My goal is to optimise client’s time by managing their busy schedules prioritising assignments handling multiple tasks at once and making sure all appointments and commitments are kept on schedule. I recognise the value of adhering to time constraints and doing all work with a high degree of professionalism. I always deliver work that is precise and free of errors. This attention to detail makes my work more dependable and efficient overall. I take the initiative to foresee possible obstacles and put in place workable solutions to ensure that workflow runs smoothly and that interruptions are kept to a minimum all of which contribute to a more organised and efficient work environment. I stand out for my ability to adjust to changing work environments and a variety of tasks. I bring a flexible mindset that enables me to flourish in dynamic environments.
