Ma. Irene Genina Esteban Cudilla – CSR and Lead Generation

I am Ma. Irene Genina E. Cudilla, you can call me Irene. I am a very pleasant person and I know how to deal with different types of personalities. I have a wide range of Customer Service experience and I’ve been working since I was 17 years old.

My life, I can say is colourful and I had dealt with a lot of struggles, thankfully with God’s grace I managed to overcome it and I’m now happy and very contented in life. You see, I was a single mother for ten years and I had worked so hard raising a kid, I learned to be strong, independent and practical because of that. Today, I’m happily married with three wonderful kids.

My job experiences started from basic until I excelled and gained much needed experiences to take on other jobs and responsibilities. I had worked at fast foods, malls, and restaurants before trying my skills in the BPO industry where I stayed for 5 years.

When I got married 6 years ago, I decided to be a stay at home mum so that I can be hands-on especially when I got pregnant with my 2nd child. From there I started doing homebased work to help my husband with our finances. I started as an ESL teacher with Chinese students, then I became an Analyst / Researcher and then a VA.

It is very convenient and fun to be working in the comfort of your own home because not only are you able to relax and deal with all the things outside, it is a great thing to be with your family most of the time especially with the kids. While I’m always with them to nurture and guide them I also help out with the finances as well as the chores in the house.

My main goal at work is to make sure the client’s needs are met and they’re happy with the services I provide. I always wear a smile and I make sure that I am happy with what I am doing. I can work under pressure and I am a great team player. I see to it that all the tasks are done with 101% accuracy. I am a fast learner, a team player and go the extra mile with my work to get more satisfaction with my clients.

I have learned that not everything will come easily, that you have to work hard to achieve your dreams. I also learned that failing is another way of pushing you to learn and strive harder and to always look at every failure and success at a different angle as there will always be a brighter side to everything.
