Louwie Andro Sta. Ana – Operations Supervisor

Hello. Greetings from Hogwarts! My name is Louwie Andro Sta Ana, and yes, you’ve read it right, I’m a certified Potterhead. Everyone calls me Lui – practically avoiding the complexity of my first name. Born and hailed from the lovely province of Rizal, I’ve always been a tough kid growing up – probably the best perks of being the youngest of 4 siblings. I have a very supportive mum who carried out a awesome feat by raising and managing all 4 of us by herself. Truly, this is what modern heroes are made of.

I am a fully immersed corporate geek. I’ve been hustling it for the past 10 years with major experience in Learning and Development bolstered by strong groundworks on Training and Curriculum Development. I also have experience with Digital Marketing, Engagement and Partnership Management. You see – I like people – training and honing them is almost as good as getting a full body massage while being served with your favorite meal. Uhm – that’s a weird metaphor, but yeah, seeing people improve and be an epitome of success is just the best paycheck.

Travelling is a big thing for me. As a matter of fact, a map is hanging on one corner of my room with pins of places I’ve been to. Visiting new spots not only transports you back in history, but also sets you up for a great food exploration. That’s the holy grail of a foodie like me.

Anyway, I don’t want to strike you out with boredom so I’m keeping this short. In a nutshell, I have always considered myself as jack of all trades. I can be whatever you want me to be. Cheers!
