Lorna D. Moran – Customer Service Representative, Real Estate
I’d really like to work with you – to be your Real Estate Virtual Assistant!
Am I dreaming? I know, I am. I would like to make an offer, and lay down my cards to see if they fit the job credentials. (If the shoe fits!)
My name is Lorna D. Moran. I had acquired my degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Management.
I have worn several hats (from the banking industry, non-life insurance, lending institution, to a full-time single-mom, to BPO career woman, to property administrator) throughout my career journey. The most challenging, I became the man (dressed in a woman), who took hammer and nails, paint walls, market construction materials, do the interior set-up, take pictures to be posted on the marketplace, planned and supervised carpenters, and masons. I handled tax and permits concerns, done schedule unit viewings. Settled concerns with the tenants. That’s part of my world today, I am hands-on with tenancy relations and management operations since 2009.
Moving on, I am a newbie in the virtual world. I am looking to get a client that I can start with. Establish a good working relationship. If you take a look at my comprehensive resume, and that you feel I could help you, I cannot promise you anything but I will only stay by your side for years. With these years, great problem-solving skills, I will take ownership of the things I do, acquire the ability to manage high-end tasks with confidentiality, and reliability. Paying close attention to the details, conscious also with the deadline, with good typing speed of 40 to 50 wpm, can work alone but also best with the team.
I had acquired BPO for 4 years in handling Australian transport account. It was a virtual general admin position in an office-based setup. Onehalf Staffing Solutions had given me their trust to let me learned similar tasks under different accounts which not only would benefit by helping grow revenues. I became the Reliever of all the 9 members of the team – Mommy Lorns, the Jack-of-All-Trades with a side task as a Stalker to another account. Though I have not met my Australian clients in person, it is a memorable career journey. I am grateful. And I am happy that until now, I am still in touch with one of the supervisors.
Aside from the company systems being used, I am maintaining my level of knowledge using GSuites, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (last year, every Sunday, I presented a PowerPoint guide for the holy mass), Canva, DocuSign, Zoom and am now in the process of learning PropertyMe, and PhotoShop. Last December, I managed the Facebook page (Carol Pyco) for our online choir activities.
I love community outreach activities. I am into gardening to planting fruit-bearing trees, aside from my passion on craft and dance.
I may or may not impress you but without commitment, it would be nothing. Committing is where the career journey starts. A two-way relationship where I can find myself within your company to the best of my abilities, a connected, engaging environment, and where I can achieve my personal goals as well.
If the above offer sounds like something you would be interested in, I’d love to hear from you.
