Kimberly Marozva – Customer Service, Office and Administrative Assistant

Hi there! Kimberly Marozva here, but everyone calls me Kim. I have been searching for a stable remote job, but I haven’t been very lucky, so I’ve decided to try something new so here goes.

I am a woman aged 31.
I am a black African raised in Zimbabwe.
I am well-traveled, and I enjoy the great outdoors.
My hobbies are reading, gardening, and the famous “Netflix and Chill.”

Why do I think I am a great fit?

I bring over 2 years of remote work experience and over 3 years of working in industries such as Customer Service, Quality and Training, Administration, and Operations.
I am a hard worker, I have no choice, I am a Zimbabwean. We must fight all our lives to get even a fraction of the opportunities that others take for granted.

I am educated. I have a bachelor’s degree in international business from Zhejiang Gongshang University in China. What’s better, I am a Customer Experience Professional. I was certified back in 2023 with the Chartered Institute of Customer Management.

Currently, I am studying the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing with Google. To top it off I have made it my goal to learn how to code, I have just been accepted for a scholarship with SheCodes. Personal development is something I take very seriously.

My core values are God-centeredness, Integrity, and respect. I am a devout Seventh Day Adventist (Christian). I have also made it my goal to finish reading the bible this year. My faith is what guides and drives me and I believe, helps me to be the best in both my personal and professional life.

A Quick Run-down of My Professional Experience

I started in Customer service working as a contact centre agent for just over a year before I started working as an Admin Assistant with Ensign Advisory Ltd, a British company that assists clients in filing Tax back claims. Following the completion of that contract, I took on the position of Quality Analyst at Omni Contact, where I was responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our work. My commitment to my work led to a promotion to a secondment role where I started training agents on customer service delivery. I have also worked with Dental companies in America assisting them virtually to help streamline processes and manage their day-to-day.
