Kimberly Alipio – Insurance Coordinator, Customer Service
Hi! I am Kimberly, but I prefer to be called Kim. I am almost 28 years old. I have a very outgoing personality, which most people love about me.
I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial management. I am an only child and people tend to judge me as a spoiled one, which I am not.
When I turned 18 years old, I started making decisions on my own. I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company here in the Philippines. I found happiness in talking to people and giving them the satisfaction that they deserve. I then worked as a Technical Support Representative in another BPO company. The account itself brought out the competitive side of me since we had to work on our stats and customer’s satisfaction, but this was a tricky one since you have to offer them a tangible solution as much as possible.
My next employment was working as an executive secretary to my employer. I became proactive, organised and had to learn to manage my time efficiently. I mainly focus on administrative tasks. I enhanced my knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Google applications and of course business writing.
Now, I am a medical secretary and insurance coordinator, almost the same as my previous job but this time I have to combine my knowledge with my first two jobs and the previous one. See, I never stop learning new things. I always give spare room for new knowledge and to constantly upgrade my skills.
My previous employers always looked forward to what I will become in the future. I take challenges as an inspiration to enhance and be a better version of myself. I am taking every failure and success with me every time I step forward. And that makes me believe that I am good at doing what I do.
