Hi everyone! My name is Kharina Zane, but my friends and my family call me Zane. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration major in Management. Socialising and mingling with other people is one of my favorite things to do. Interacting and talking with them makes me happy. I also have good communication skills which I believe can help me communicate well with other people. I can also adjust very well to any kind of situation. I obtained management and salesmanship skills that could be useful for any task given to me. I have worked at a hotel, as an intern, and then as a customer relations manager, which enhanced my interpersonal skills. It helped me experience a lot on how to professionally handle customers/clients with different kinds of concerns, problems, and personalities.
I worked as a Service Officer/Assistant Manager of the bank, I started as a Sales Associate and I got promoted to be an officer. I also worked as a Customer service representative, I was assigned to a financial services account. I am a results-driven and detail-oriented banking professional with comprehensive knowledge and experience with customer service, back-office tasks, daily operations side of the banking business, sales, new account, cash handling. My principal accountabilities with my past job are business growth, customer service, relationship building, and operational support. My other expertise includes processing financial transactions, handling customer queries, concerns, and foreign currency account management.
I am proficient in technical software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), BTEX, SilverLake Axis Integrated Banking System, and Check Image Clearing System. I am well rounded with communication platforms such as Google Applications, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, Social Medias (Facebook, Instagram). I helped clients with complaints and questions and gave them information about products and services. Process their reversals and disputes. I helped them understand and offered them our products and services and answered questions about their accounts, balances and assisted them with technical concerns. I investigate and resolve client complaints, resolve them quickly and patiently, including assistance of clients who may have disputes due to telecommunication lines downtime.
When I started from the lower ranks it was where I enhance my interpersonal relationship not only with my colleagues but also with our clients. It was where I got to experience working expeditiously under pressure. I can work with less supervision and I can work very well with a team. I like to entertain our clients and let them feel that they are well taken care of and they are given quality service that exceeds their expectations. In my past jobs, accuracy, reliability, people skills, courteous service as well as professionalism are very important.
It was this year sometime in July 2021 that I decided to resign from a corporate job. I was with the company for almost 8 years. I decided to leave the company because of this pandemic that is still a huge concern around the world and with the rise of new technologies, I believe that working from home is now possible and I want to take advantage of this so that I can have more time for my family and our household and also to protect myself and my family.
The experiences and skills that I have gained through the years will help me provide your customers/clients with the excellent quality service they deserve.
