Jowharah Sanchez – Real Estate, Customer Service
Hi, I am Jowharah Sanchez, you can call me Jow. I am a mother of 3 children. I studied Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Jose Rizal University here in the Philippines. I never thought that I would be able to be with my kids 24/7 while earning!
I started working in the Business Process Outsourcing after 2 years of studying in College. I worked with US Based companies as their Customer Support Representative that handles payments, sales, and technical troubleshooting for 5 years. A friend told me that she works as a Virtual Assistant and can work anywhere. I got interested and tried applying for it. Luckily, an agency allowed me to be part of their team and gave me free training on how to become a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and that’s where my journey began. I learned these in my training:

Freelancing is great especially during a pandemic. No jobs on-site, some companies are even closed because everyone is on lockdown, luckily being a VA is an option for us to work from home.
What makes me an outstanding Virtual Assistant? My extensive work experience, both BPO and freelancing made me outstanding. I am goal-oriented and very keen on details. I am also very friendly, can work with a team, and can work alone as well. Throughout the years, I am still very eager to learn more knowledge that I can add to my set of skills. I am looking forward to joining a team that encourages innovative thinking, recognition, and career development. I want “To lead, challenge, and be challenged”
