John Lambo – Customer Service Representative
Hey there! My name is John Paul Nicko Lambo, JP for short.
It’s been a rough year last year not just for me, but for the rest of the world too. But if there’s anything that I am thankful for, it’s that my family is safe, and work from home opportunities are emerging and starting to grow. The pandemic has been a great chance for me to spend quality time with my family, explore new paths, and develop new skills. This gave me an opening to go back to my roots as well, which is marketing.
I am a Marketing graduate but I have not explored this side of me much after college. After graduating and working for a real estate developer for a short period of time, I have decided that I want to enter the Customer Service industry. I have been in the industry for about 5 years and have performed many roles while ensuring excellence in everything I do. From being a CS to Technical Support, and even handled Systems training for a hotel tech provider. Using the skills I have learned from school and my CS experience, I have broadened my niche and was able to venture into the VA world and back into my marketing roots and worked as an Outreach Marketing Specialist.
My area of expertise are voice, email, chat support, email marketing, retail, and lead generation. I’m experienced in most CRM and Email/Chat platforms, follow through with tasks on time, and of course, work well under pressure. I can also wear different hats and easily adapt to different situations. Being a team player with a joyful spirit and passion for excellence, I’d love to think that I will not only elevate the quality of work but also raise the morale of your team given a chance to work with you.
Off work, I am just your regular gamer guy, dance coach, and movie enthusiast.
