Joane Alejandro – Administrative Assistant, Digital Marketing
Hi! I’m Joane Alejandro, and I hope you’re doing well today.
I’m an independent, hardworking, detail-oriented, and optimistic person. I am a college undergraduate taking a Business Administration major in Digital marketing. I still wanted to finish school, but I didn’t have enough money to cover my school fees. That’s why I’m looking for a job that will help me live as well. I consider these challenges my strength because God has prepared something good for me.
So, I began my career as a customer service and sales representative in the BPO industry. We were responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. That’s why I have well-developed problem-solving skills, customer service, and confidence in taking phone calls, even if it’s inbound or outbound.
I also worked as an ESL Teacher and I enjoyed my journey because I learned about other cultures. Our task was to encourage and engage students to speak in English and maintain standardized guidelines. I worked as a Fraud Analyst in Citibank. Because of this position, I have become a detail-oriented and organized person because we were responsible for researching records and transactions. We analyzed the data to identify any fraudulent and suspicious activities within an organization: monitoring bank accounts, accounting paperwork, and financial transactions. It was challenging and exciting at the same time because I have learned a lot.
I always make it my goal to keep learning, improving, and going the extra mile in everything I’m doing. I have a proven track record for performing efficiently with my years of experience in handling customer service and client relations. I will be available as and when required to perform my duties to the highest standards possible. I continually build on and acquire new skills, and I have a very can-do attitude. Above all, I don’t stop believing in myself, and because of this, you are helping yourself break the limitations and barriers for your success and are not afraid to take risks.
I held on to this verse found in Matthew 19:26 and said, “With God, all things are possible.” That’s why I will not limit myself in achieving my dreams. I will continue to strive and ace whatever tasks and challenges I will get, whether from work or life, may bring.
I know that I will be a great addition and help to your company.
Thanks for your time as you read my beautiful story.
