Jasmin Manahan – Business Management

Hello! I am Jasmin O. Manahan. I was born in the month of July, the year 2004. I graduated as a Senior Highschool Student last 2022 at Baliuag University. Having financial struggles is not easy, If I would have a chance to tell my story to anyone about what I’ve been through until today, I am sure that they would take my story as their inspiration in life.

I became an independent woman since my parents told me to leave our home. Despite that, I am so very grateful that they adopted me for a very long time. I know that they loved me and I appreciate all the things they’ve done for me. But then, I cannot stop thinking until today, if a teenager like me deserved to be treated like this. By the time this happened, I already started to seek a job anywhere just to be able to provide for my own needs. I started to apply as a 1st year College Student at La Consolacion University Philippines, but I already made my decision to drop out of school because I was still jobless at that time.

If you were thinking, how am I right now and where do I live? I currently live at my friend’s house, and I am so very grateful to have a supportive environment. I know that my life has not been easy because until now, I am still facing huge struggles on my life but then, If I will not do anything, then nothing will happen.

I also know that I am not the only one experiencing this kind of problems in life. There are teenagers like me, adults who have no jobs at all, or even an employed person who’s experiencing this kind of problem. While thinking this, I smiled because I can even make them my inspiration in life and I also realized that age doesn’t matter when it comes to these kinds of circumstances in life. We are all faced and currently facing different kinds of problems but as a Filipino, smiling through our problems is one of the best way for us to feel positivity in life.

Your education will not define you as you, but your skills, talent and knowledge about different things will help you to find success in achieving yourself.
