Janice Faunlague – Sales and CSR
Well, first of all I would like to say that I am a proud mother of two. I have a 17 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. I’m a proud Mum not just because they excel a lot in school academics, but because they grew up with a sense of responsibility.
I started working in 2007 in the BPO industry. My first job was awesome and I was able to learn a lot from it. The BPO company I worked with had clients for who we handled Health Insurance, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
In 2009, I decided to resign because the workplace was too far from home. I then transferred to another BPO company and stayed there for 7 years. My first 2 years was as a Customer Service Representative and for the remaining 5 years I was a Quality Assurance Specialist for Comcast Cable.
After working for 9 years in BPO industries, I decided to work from home. It’s the best decision I have made so far. Working from home is something that I needed so I can spend more time with my children. I started working from home as a Facebook Manager and after a year as a Quality Assurance Specialist again.
This year I started to work as a Virtual Assistant. The role was slightly out of my usual job description, but I was able to smoothly manage it. I learned new skills and realised that everything can be learned with patience and hard work.
Recently, I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist again for a rehab center based in California. My main responsibility was to ensure that agents were providing good quality customer service to our patients that needed alcohol and substance abuse treatments.
I am a highly motivated Virtual Assistant and would love to learn any new skills you have to offer to help me help you.
