Jannelle Godito – Digital Marketing

Hi! My name is Mary Jannelle L. Godito. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management.

Working in a BPO industry has supported my educational needs. I was pursuing my degree in college while working as an image analyst at Camfind Philippines Inc. for more than 2 years.

After I graduated, I switched my career into a customer service agent in Aviation, a ground handler agency of a low-cost airline in the Philippines. My duties were performing passenger handling, especially attending inquiries and service concerns.

I was in the airline industry for almost 2 years, but because of the pandemic crisis, I was retrenched from the company. This was an opportunity for me to enter the world of freelancing.

My experiences as a virtual assistant revolve around various aspects of technology, administrative work, graphic design, email and social media marketing. I would say my field of expertise is administrative and graphic design.

My responsibilities are scheduling meetings, managing contact lists, creating presentations, organizing calendars, and creating content in social media. I perform the tasks effectively through the use of these tools; Calendly, Facebook Business Suite, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs Editors such as Google Sheet, Drive, Calendar, and Forms. And for graphic design, I use Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

At work, I learned the value of discipline, hard work, and commitment. I also experienced being in team projects at my previous marketing job and that has helped me develop into a strong listener who can resolve problems and ensure timely completion of projects.

I also believe that if I love what I’m doing, the result of my work would really be excellent. I am a dedicated person, with a positive outlook in life.
