Jan Louie Uy Trinidad – General Virtual Assistant

Hello! My name is Jan Louie Uy Trinidad, but you can just call me Louie. I’m a dad to two wonderful boys, who are the heart of everything I do. My journey has been anything but traditional — a blend of family, work, and a love for exotic animals. My home is pretty unique, filled with all kinds of creatures like ball pythons, geckos, tarantulas, a turtle, and more. Each one has its own personality, and caring for them definitely keeps life interesting. They’ve taught me a lot about patience and finding joy in the little things.

I started my college journey at STI Alabang, studying Information Technology, but I didn’t finish my degree. Life had different plans, and I had to step up and make some tough choices. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I chose to jump right into the workforce and create my own path. That decision led me to a career as a Virtual Assistant, which has turned out to be a great fit for me.

In my role as a Virtual Assistant, I’ve done a bit of everything. I’ve handled customer service, managed orders, and kept things running smoothly. I’ve worked with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, making sure product listings are up to date and customers are always satisfied. I’m always detail-oriented, so I keep an eye on market trends and look for ways to help businesses grow.

I’ve tackled my share of challenging situations, whether it’s handling customer complaints or solving problems that others might shy away from. I’ve also managed schedules, organised meetings, booked travel, and prepared reports as an executive assistant. On top of that, my web development skills have helped me quickly adapt to new tools and technology.

But my story isn’t just about work. It’s about making the most of life’s ups and downs, finding joy in unexpected places, and staying true to what makes me happy. My passion for exotic animals may seem unusual, but it’s a big part of who I am and reminds me to appreciate all the unique things in life.

I’ve learned that success doesn’t always follow a straight path. It’s about finding what you love, being open to new opportunities, and always moving forward. This is my journey, and I’m proud of where it has taken me so far.
