Hi, my name is Jacob R. Fajardo and I was born and raised in the Philippines. I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in General Science. I’ve been working from home for 2 years as a Telemarketing Sales Agent. I started my career in the BPO industry when I was 22 years old and have been involved with various fields of work in financial accounts.
I’m a self-motivated individual who hopes to work for a client effectively by over-achieving the targets. I want to work hand-in-hand with the management team in retaining and expanding client investment, relationship, and trust. Currently, I am working as a Telemarketing Sales Agent for a B2B Campaign for 2 years. In addition to this, I have a strong background in handling a high volume of outbound calls via an automated dialing system, verifying and updating the customer’s information using CRM to start or renew their free subscription.
