Hi, I’m Isun Veloz, you can call me “Sun,” just like the Sun in the sky,” ready to brighten up your day!

I’m a great singer and performer. I love making people happy. I like working in a positive environment, the load of work will always be heavy as it is because that’s how we make things get going in this competitive world we live in, but a positive mindset makes the load manageable. This is my mantra, I apply this in all aspects of my life.

It was March of 2020 when Covid-19 hit our country. I was 7 months pregnant at that time. My small family suffered so much from this pandemic. My firstborn son suffered from brain injury due to the negligence of my OB-Gyne, and the lack of a resident doctor in the hospital that can help me. It was a tough first year, but we are tougher than the events. I and my partner managed to survive because we kept a positive mindset, and we always find a reason to laugh and smile in spite of all that had happened.

Prior to the year 2020, I was doing an excellent job as a Team Leader. I managed to maintain my Top 1 spot for three consecutive months and ended up as the Top 1 for the third quarter of 2019. I have a goal of becoming Team Lead of the year, and next will be an Operations Manager. However, I got pregnant and I had to lie low and prioritize the life inside me. I never expected that our life will turn out this way. I gave up on my dreams and choose to work at home, so I can be a mother and a career woman at the same time.

I’m new to the freelancing world, but I have a total of 8 years of work experience. I started my customer service career at BPO. I have a good track record when it comes to performance and attendance, which only proves that I’m a dedicated and diligent worker. I have a wide range of skills and expertise in customer service, technical support, office administration, team management, and had worked as a Real Estate Coordinator. Also, I have basic copywriting, research, Canva, photo, and video editing skills. I’m knowledgeable in managing social media platforms. I’m tech-savvy and a quick learner of new tools and software, and can easily understand and execute business processes.

I have a lot of skills to offer and I’m eager to learn new ones. My favorite motto is “Always deliver more than expected. ” by Larry Page, which perfectly describes me as a person. I always make sure to give 100% on everything I do and go beyond the extra mile to give the best results.”
