Hazelle Anna Peñafuerte Espiritu – CSR and Email Support

Good day! My name is Hazelle Anna Espiritu. You can call me Anna. I am a single parent.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education at the Philippine Normal University Manila.

I started working as a Customer Service Representative right after graduation. I am grateful that my first account was telecommunications company in US as it broadened my patience, ability to use positive language and improved my skill in multitasking. I enjoyed every single call I received and found it fulfilling to resolve every customer’s concern or issue.

I am a hardworking person who can work under pressure. I always make sure to follow the guidelines set by the client. I take every feedback seriously and improve what’s needed to be improved.

Though the compensation was good, I wanted to excel more. Through my hard work, I was promoted to Subject Matter Support. For a year I was able to help the newbies and shared tips needed to provide the best customer service to their customers which also resulted in meeting or even exceeding their metrics.

I was assigned to various accounts including telecommunications and internet service, health care insurance, radio subscription, banking and fitness trackers.

I have over 5 years of experience that ranges from basic technical support to customer service. I am organised and attention to detail is very important to me. I will get the job done with quality, efficiency and most especially in a timely manner.

I’m a quick learner and very motivated to work. I’m always working on improving my service to provide the best solution and product to every client. I am dedicated, understanding and easy to communicate with. My goal is to be on top of what I do.

I learned that I can do the job I love while in the comfort of my home. My daughter is the best thing that ever happened to me and that’s why I’m choosing to pursue a career working at home. This will allow me to have more time with her. My determination to work hard for my family is at 100%.

I am focused in achieving my goals. It may be difficult to find a client who will give me a chance despite my lack of experience. But I am willing to undergo extensive training to understand the basics, to acquire the skills needed for me to be one of the best Virtual Assistants there is. I am persistent and will go that extra mile to assure my client’s satisfaction. The success of my client will also be my success.
