Gretchen Villagracia – Lead Generation, Customer Service
My name is Gretchen. You can call me Gretch. I am a breadwinner and devoted daughter. Because I can spend more time with my family, working from home is the perfect career for me.
I have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, but I never went on to further my education. I’ve changed careers and have been employed in the BPO sector for a long time. It has been more than nine years have passed since I first started working in the contact center industry. In that time, I’ve handled a variety of jobs, including lead generation, sales, financial, technical, and data analysis, as well as chat, email, and phone customer care.
I previously worked for a company where I was acknowledged as the brand ambassador, set my sights on becoming the best agent worldwide, and was given a supervisory position. Even the most complex primary concerns in life can be heard by me. I would say that 99% of the time, my clients are happy with the resolution and results. I dedicate my time to listening and sharing my experiences. It gives me a lot of satisfaction and fulfillment.
Years of experience have shaped me into a productive individual who is adaptable and eager to put in the effort to provide my clients with effective and efficient service. Additionally, it helped me develop my ingenuity and capacity to overcome obstacles and uncertainties in order to find a solution.
I have developed a number of skills, including problem-solving, creative thinking, and decision-making, as a result of my experience working with various business lines, logical thinking, and time management. I also gained a foundational understanding of business analysis, and process enhancement, cross-trained in cyber security, data visualization with Microsoft Excel, and management consulting presentations. Additionally, I enjoy photo editing because it makes me feel like I am creating a fantastic work of art and because I enjoy traveling.
I can bring the skill set I’ve acquired from my professional experiences, as well as my positive outlook and eagerness to learn, to help the organization successfully accomplish its goals while working toward achieving mine. Even though I’m new to this role, I believe I can add value to the company.
Since work-life balance is crucial, I am looking forward to working from home after spending years at the office.
I know that there are many skills I still need to develop and a lot more knowledge to acquire, but I genuinely want to be a virtual assistant. I’m sharing this because I’m determined to succeed in life, and for that reason. I want to encourage and inspire others by showing them that you have to create opportunities for yourself in order for them to materialize.
