Gisele Indino – Customer Service Representative

I have 8 years of solid experience as a Customer Service Representative. I gave support via email, chat, and phone. I also have experience in technical support and was also a sales staff. I’ve been a remote staff for the past 6 years, so you can count on me to deliver and even exceed your expectations. One thing that I am very proud of is that I am never late.

I can work under pressure and can adjust to any shift that is assigned to me. I am an adaptable professional who has been consistently praised by my co-workers and management. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and service abilities in every aspect of my customer support agent role. I am certain that I have the necessary skills to successfully do the job adeptly and perform above expectations. I am responsible enough to finish whatever work that I started.

I love to read and to put my thoughts into words. I am always eager to learn something new and I am a quick learner. Being exposed to different types of customers made me very good at conveying my thoughts and giving instructions. Over time, I have learned to use different kinds of work tools and I was able to utilize them very well for the job that I’ve done.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology at Davao Doctor’s College. I’ve graduated last 2013. Being a doctor was my plan but other opportunities came and I have no regrets regardless because I am striving in the field that I am currently pursuing.

On my free time, I like to listen to podcasts on Spotify and also I love watching crime documentaries on Netflix. I am a single mom to one precious daughter. She is now 11 years old and she is my motivation in everything that I do. Exploring different flavors of coffee is one of my hobbies. I do have my own espresso tool at home. A cup of coffee to start each morning describes the perfect start of day for me, or any time within the day would do. I take advantage of every day off that I have, that way I don’t get exhausted and I get to renew my energy for the next working week. I grew up travelling a lot, so I’ve been to different countries, met a lot of people, and discovered different cultures and traditions.

Oh, my favorite color is red.
