Gene Cabison – Customer Service, Brand Ambassador

gene-cabison-vaHi, I’m Gene Marie Cabison and you can call me Gene.

I’m a highly motivated, outgoing, team player, free spirit and optimistic individual. I have a jolly and happy personality. I’m a single mum and I’m proud of it. My daughter is my inspiration and motivation to strive and work hard.

I’m a graduate of Asia Pacific College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing and Advertising. I became pregnant at an early age but luckily I have my parents to support me as I continued my studies and got my degree.

After I graduated, I got a job as a brand ambassador in the fitness industry. I stayed with them for almost 4 years. My responsibilities were answering phone calls, lead generation through social media platforms, outsourcing events and referrals, customer service such as responding to every concern of the members, service calls, etc. I performed admin tasks such as daily sales reports and inventory reports.gene-cabison-fun

I really love seeing my clients reaching their goals and choosing to take on a healthier lifestyle. I always make sure that I can help them with their concerns and give them a good quality of service. It’s my passion and commitment to serve customers with sincerity by means of acknowledging and empathising for whatever they’re going through, for them to feel that we understood their concerns and at the same time for them to feel that they’re being valued. I always make it a goal to personalise my interaction with customers to maintain and create a new relationship.
