Frauenkerchie Ama – Executive Virtual Assistant
Hi, I am Frauenkerchie Ama, my name can be a bit tricky to pronounce, so feel free to call me Frau. I’m a 30-year-old mom from the beautiful Island of the Philippines. When I’m not snuggled up with my work, you can find me singing, journaling, creating content on TikTok, binging on the latest Netflix shows, and of course spending time with my son and husband.
Before I started my Work from home career, I spent a decade working at Coca-Cola Manufacturing Plant, – Yes, the actual factory where the iconic Coca-Cola you know is being produced.
I started as Quality Assurance Analyst, I make sure that quality standards in products, processes, environment, and safety are in place. I was then promoted to Process Development Specialist handling a leadership role and a much bigger scope, I create, develop, establish, and document standard processes plant-wide, I also handle internal auditing and oversee that the document management system is in place. I facilitate improvement projects, events, and meetings where I also create the slides and deck materials to be presented. Being a specialist led me to be selected to participate in a 6-month cadetship training program, which is designed to train and develop potential talents to become front-line leaders. I was able to grasp the end-to-end process of the business, including soft skills that I will need to handle people, work, and all other situations. After successfully passing and graduating from the cadetship training program, I was promoted as Line Production Head for one of the main plants in the Philippines, where I truly experienced the real action in manufacturing, from handling line technicians to overseeing maintenance of equipment to ensuring that targets and KPIs are met, and the output is with the utmost standard quality of the brand.
Then the pandemic came in, and an opportunity for me to work from home came knocking. I moved from Plant-based line head to Transport Process Lead handling national scope, it was not an easy decision since this is on the other side of the business, almost all facets I know are on the surface level only, but it didn’t take long for me to adapt since I was equipped with the basics and versatile skill sets, I developed from my training and experience. As a Transport process lead working from home, I refined my skills in talent management, email, and calendar management, communication, and coordination with other functions – from analyst to directors, crafting presentations, templates and even reporting to the top management, Project Management, Research, Business Development, financial analysis, and all administrative tasks. After being exposed to a lot of meetings and coordination, I realized that my true passion lies in connecting and orchestrating conversations that will lead to delivering exceptional results and helping others achieve their goals while I’m present for my family.
Over the years, learned that being a Service Person and Virtual Assistant, it is important to be reliable, and giving service wholeheartedly is unparalleled.
Being a Visual Assistant allows me to be a mom and a wife all at the same time, and I’m very thankful for that, because I am always passionate about reaching my dreams, and every now and then my dreams become bigger and bigger, and I am always up to reach my dreams.
I’m excited to see where this path takes me, and my aim is to achieve our goals together! Let’s make magic happen.
