Edwin A. Oliveros – Engineer and Construction Project Management

I am Edwin Oliveros, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, an undergraduate in Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering with some units in Master in Business Administration. I have more than 10 years of experience in Project Management in the Philippines, Yemen and Saudi Arabia. My experiences range from Building Estimates, Construction in Civil Works and installations of Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems in General Construction, Power Plants and Oil and Gas Projects. The projects that I handled started from planning stage right through to handover to clients.

I also have experience in Facilities Maintenance and Management in Building and Oil and Gas facilities in which I learned how to troubleshoot the Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems for day to day operations.

I have attended the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training in the Philippines and have composed and provided Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) Procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Method Statements and Procedures for some construction and maintenance projects.

I have also provided Research Works, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Root Cause Analysis, Technical Analysis and Technical reports for my previous company’s clients.

I have experience for on-site and remote construction project management… and much more!

I like working on projects with a team that cares about working to achieve early completion. I am delighted to work closely with any existing freelancers as possible team mates, and I have built long term relationships with my previous companies.
