To summarise my journey:

Administrative Assistant – Solid 10 years of organising and managing admin tasks from scheduling an appointment to working on databases, including data entry and data mining and working with different platforms in handling customers and clients’ information and sales using Ontraport, Zoho CRM, Gsuite Platforms, Outlook, and Office365.

Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Payroll – More than seven years of handling these tasks using Intuit Payroll, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.

Hiring and Recruitment – A good ten years of HR and Recruitment tasks. Creating the job ads, doing the interviews up to making the processes, and managing the team is my forte. Expert in using BambooHR for onboarding and offboarding employees. Have a proven hiring and recruitment strategy in getting world-class talents.

diana-manlulu-vaCustomer Support – As a Virtual Assistant, I cater to internal and external clients. Making sure we put a smile on our customer’s faces.

SEM/PPC – More than three years were setting up campaigns in Google AdWords, optimization, and keyword research. I am Google AdWords Certified.

Transcription – I am a certified transcriber at Scrible.com.

I teach and coach individuals who are aspiring freelancers and Virtual Assistants.

I worked in the call centre for eight years as a call centre agent, team leader, supervisor, and sales manager — a beautiful network of people where I spent terrific years of growth.
