I am a 22 years old Filipina who just graduated last 2020 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. You would not believe me If I say that I used to work as an Online English Teacher from Chinese students, and I am also a hair and makeup artist. Indeed, my college major is quite far from the jobs that I took. But I consider myself a freelancer. I am very flexible in any working environment because I have this principle that I don’t have to limit myself to something other people would want me to be. I have many skills that other people don’t have. All of us do. That’s what make us unique. That’s what made me, unique. And I am using this uniqueness within me to attract good fortune towards my success.
I don’t have much experience or the standards of being a VA like others on this platform. But my perseverance, my will power, my uniqueness, and my eagerness to help my clients achieve what they want to, is a good qualification why I should be part of your team.
It is not always about how long you have been exposed to something. But it is about what changes you can make. Resembling to this quote, Frosty Westering said, “You are either green and growing or ripe and rotting.” A new perspective can be beneficial to your company. The value of creativity, which a fresh graduate like me can bring to the table, is emphasized at most universities. I bring a new viewpoint more often than not to spot issues that current, more experienced employees may overlook.
