I’ve been with the Technical Support and Customer Service Industry for eleven years. I am a Certified Microsoft Associate. I have worked with Dell, Microsoft and HP to name a few. I have experience providing service via phone, multiple chat and email sessions. I started working as a front-line technician to SME and Team Manager.
I am trustworthy and dependable, a multi-tasker, productive and always looking for opportunities to grow.
I am new to the VA industry and eager to learn. You won’t have a hard time training me for I can easily learn. I am focused and open for new knowledge. Learning never stops. Customer Service is my passion. I find fulfillment from helping others – what’s more; to earn from it!
I’ve been working home-based for the last three years. I have the reliable tools and resources needed to be successful.
During my free time, I love to DIY. I can make unique dresses, wall art, pots and more.
