Costa Joannica Cruz Mangubat – Teacher and Administrative Assistant

Hi! My name is Costa and I want to share with you my story.

I am a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English. I graduated as a Cum Laude and service awardee. Even then, I have always shown my dedication and heart in doing every task that is given to me, most especially if it will benefit others. I was an on-stage performer and I used to entertain and inspire others with every song that I sang.

In my previous jobs, I worked as an Elementary teacher for a Montessori School in Cebu and a Junior and Senior High School English Teacher for an International School here in Pampanga. Also, I get to work as a freelance band vocalist part time, and just recently, I worked as a virtual assistant for two Australian real estate businesses.

With my professional work experiences, I have acquired different skills that I could provide you with:

• Diary/Calendar Management (Scheduling of appointments)
• Email management
• CRM software management
• Data entry
• Graphic design for marketing materials

Throughout my career, I developed a good command of written and oral communication skill. I have also boosted my interpersonal skills through blending with different people of diverse age and races. I also tend to look on the brighter side of life when things get tough. I am a problem solver and a positive thinker. I am very keen when it comes to details and accuracy. I am eager to learn and I always look for room for improvement. I can also do multi-tasking and still deliver exceptional results.
