Christine Timbalaco – Customer Service Representative
Hi there! My name is Christine Timbalaco and yes, life has been adventurous for me so far. I’m 26 years old. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Systems Management and a mother of a beautiful daughter. In the past three years, I have served as a customer service representative. People have gained a lot out of it and everybody gets to learn each day. From this position, I have been able to develop communication skills, conflict-solving skills as well as organisational skills in terms of time. I’ve also honed the skill of collaborative work with clients and other workers.
But I never stay idle as I am always searching for new challenges or new areas to develop myself in. In the last few weeks, I’ve been thinking of transitioning into a virtual assistant career. As for me, I can state that I possess all necessary skills and experience necessary to occupy this position successfully due to my office management and customer service experience.
I am a well-ordered, neat, methodical, good communicator and an efficient problem solver. However, two aspects of virtual assisting captured my attention: the flexibility of the working conditions, as well as the absence of close supervision. I see myself as being able to work from home, being my own boss, and thus have more time for my children. I feel it will be interesting and enjoyable to progress in the career field in this manner.
I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge about virtual assisting and finding out where I can be helpful to a team. I am positive that qualities like passion for learning and passion for delivering quality services identify me with any organisation.
The opportunities of further improvement and gaining new experience in my work are of great interest to me. The next step I think would be right for me is to try myself in the profession of a virtual assistant.
To this, I have competent technical skills; a good attitude of work and a high work ethic. I think I have done my best during the previous job, I am a fast learner and fit any new situation that comes my way. Therefore, I believe that I have much to contribute in terms of perspective and skills and much to offer a team.
I am looking forward to knowing more, what are the more specific demands of the virtual assistant position, and how my abilities may help there. As a professional, I’m looking forward to the chance to apply myself to a motivated, fast-moving group.
Therefore I have high self-confidence that my qualifications, knowledge, and passion for knowledge will make me the most suitable person to work as a virtual assistant for any organisation wishing to contract the services of a competent and reliable assistant. That is why I am interested in the new opportunities and ready to be a team of a company that implements progressive ideas.
