Hello! My name is Ma Christine Russel Lozada and you can call me R.
I am a goal-oriented, result-driven and hard-working person who works passionately in ensuring completion of all tasks assigned to me.
I have a total of 8 years of working experience in the Customer Service Field where I have learned a lot of things and acquired different skillsets that are necessary for the roles I have handled. These roles do not only focus on Tier 1 Level of Support but also Supervisory Level.
I have handled different types of accounts like Financial, Real Estate and Legal Publishing. In these accounts, my responsibilities include incoming and outbound calls, chat support, email management and support and reaching out to different departments to ensure that the accurate resolution will be provided in a timely manner. I am the type of person who always work at my best and tend to go above and beyond what is needed so I was always given tasks outside my job role which includes Retention, Data Entry for our teams’ monthly and daily stats and sending reports for different Key Performance Indicators of each team members. With the performance I have shown and my attitude towards work paved the way for my promotions as a Tier 2 Escalations Specialist, Subject Matter Expert and even as a Team Manager where I have handled 22 agents and performed different admin tasks which includes, but not limited to, one-on-on coaching, triad coaching, pulling up and sending reports for our monthly, weekly and daily metrics, payroll, and time-logs.
As a Customer Service Specialist, I have encountered different challenging situations but I am proud to say that I was able to provide the best resolutions for them and even went extra mile if needed. I am flexible and eager to learn new things necessary for my role as I believe that continuous learning is important as this will hone my talents and skills. Which is why I still attend to different webinars, online training and coaching sessions.
I am a detail-oriented person with strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills. Also, I am a highly motivated individual with high level of accuracy and reliability so you can definitely depend on me to be available when needed.
Off the job, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing though I did not have the chance to take the board exam. I opted to work right away and landed my first job in a Business Process Outsourcing Industry company. Also, I am a mother of a 5-year-old cutie who is one of the reasons why I am always at the best version of me.
As a virtual assistant, I believe that with the knowledge I have gained and the attitude I have when it comes to work will be a great combination in yielding positive results in all my tasks which makes me a valuable addition to the team. I may not have enough experience as a Virtual assistant but I am enthusiastic and ready to get started and give my best level. I will make sure that I will continue to deliver high-quality work for the continued success of the organization
