Here is the Christine Leron story of the year!
I am an overachiever. Hey, I made two human beings at the same time, that can be considered a superpower right?
I am a nurse by profession, but I have been in the business of Customer Relations and Service for more than a decade. My first job was to pioneer in selling the Oreo Dessert Pizza back in 2007! Yes, I consider that a great accomplishment!
I have been with the largest Australian Telco and had been their wingman for four years as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Guru for mobile phones and mobile broadbands.
For my most recent jobs, I have handled calls, emails, live chats, and social media accounts as an associate for a hip and famous US-based athleisure clothing brand that ships worldwide, a year old E-commerce business with several Shopify stores, and a technical associate for the income-generating online webinar program.
I am knowledgeable with Google Suite, Gorgias, Aircall, Freshdesk, Freshcaller, Shopify, Business for Facebook, 17Track, and Live Chat, Slack and Bitrix. I have skills with accommodating and answering product inquiries, order processing, tracking orders, handling refunds or exchange requests and dealing with their customers. I always need to be alert and smart most especially when they launch their plan of action and product.
I remain dedicated and committed, give more than what is expected and always have the desire to succeed. I treat the company as my company, their business is my business, their success is my success.
Stability and freedom is my goal. A stable income to provide for my beautiful family and freedom to help, create and be part of someone’s success story.
