Catherine Bruca – Customer Service Representative

Hi! I’m Erin, it’s nice to meet you! I’m the breadwinner for my family, so I’m always looking for ways to make things better for us. That’s why I pushed myself to work while studying. I’m proud to say I earned my degree in Broadcast Communication last 2019 through perseverance and patience.

Over the past six years, I’ve gained experience in various roles, honing my General Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, Proofreading, and Writing skills. Starting in the corporate world was challenging since it had intense competition. However, I adapted quickly by undergoing various training sessions and by gaining hands-on experience.

I have extensive experience working in client support roles, primarily through chat and email. My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, retaining customers, and upselling products and services. I have worked with a variety of clients in different industries such as telecom, finance, and e-commerce, and I am capable of addressing diverse client needs. I possess excellent writing, proofreading, and transcribing skills, as I have exposure to editing essays, transcribing audio recordings, and evaluating written and spoken Japanese essay content. Furthermore, I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, Shopify, and social media platforms.

I’m also excited to share with you my experience as a General Virtual Assistant, where I had the opportunity to support clients from Scotland and the US. My responsibilities included completing various tasks, such as generating reports, conducting research, and analyzing data based on their specific requirements. I enjoyed every minute of it!

I am highly organized, and detail-oriented. I also have strong project management skills and I take pride in being a supportive and helpful workmate. I am always ready to lend a hand and contribute to the overall success of the team.

I feel so blessed and grateful to be able to work from home. Not only does it save me commuting time, but it also lets me enjoy my hobbies and spend more time with my beloved dog.
