Bryan June Dimaranan – Operations Manager

Hi my full name is Bryan June G. Dimaranan and I’m currently living in San Pablo City, Laguna.

I’m an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I started working in the BPO industry in 2010, where I handled two different accounts. The first one was Solar Panels and the other was Auto Insurance – both are lead generation voice accounts. Since I didn’t have a college diploma, I thought working in the BPO industry was the perfect fit for me since being a college graduate is not a requirement.

I stayed in the BPO industry for almost 10 years, but unfortunately, due to my health condition, I had to resign. I was diagnosed of severe hypertension and was no longer fit to work on a night shift anymore. But life must go on and I needed to have a regular source of income to support my wife and my 8 month old kid.

One day, one of my previous team-mates called me and asked me if I was currently employed. She offered me to try homebased jobs and I ended up working as a VA. I remember my first ever project was a CBD hemp company. They asked me if I can manage to give them 100 leads per day for a particular criteria for CBD products.

I was amazed about the working environment. I realised that I can earn as much or even more than that was I was getting from my previous jobs. Plus, it is more convenient and hassle-free.
