Brian Tabing – Customer Service Representative
Hello There! I am Brian Rose Tabing and my closest friends and family call me Bry. I know my second name is interesting, it’s a “rose” and I’m a guy. I find it unique and I love it. People find me upbeat, self-motivated, a leader material, and passionate at work with excellent communication skills.
Unfortunately, I didn’t finish my first year in college due to a lack of financial support. That was the time I started working when I turned 18 years old. To be honest, it was one of my wildest dreams and I used to tell to myself before, when I turn 18, I will start working and luckily, I got into this company (BPO company) and stayed for almost 4 years. I then continued my BPO journey with different companies. Until the pandemic started, I really had a hard time looking for a job. Gladly, when we moved back to my parent’s hometown, my sister allowed me to buy her laptop in an installment payment and that’s when my virtual assistant journey started.
To give you a glance at my work experience, for the past 5 years, I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry doing telemarketing and delivering good customer service. That leads me to be a consistent top agent for executing good quality of work and excellent performances during my stay with the company. I have gained and empowered my knowledge with email, handling people, sales, and providing customer service.
Exceeding my client’s expectations is an all-time goal. My priority is to always make my clients satisfied and always meet the goal assigned to me on time.
As a leader material, I would always want myself to perform well all the time. I’m an honest person and always try not to ruin my job. I’m also a time handler which makes me finish all the tasks given to me ahead of time. With me being tenacious, flexible, and with a positive and organised attitude, I can say that I am always suitable for any job being offered to me.
I am new to the virtual assistant world. I got my first client 3 months ago and I am still working with her as ISA/VA part-time and we were able to gain each other’s trust, which I found very important in our job. I am willing to learn and know more about being a virtual assistant and am so excited to continue my journey as a virtual assistant.
