Bea Carmela Ronquillo – Licensed Real Estate Agent, Virtual Assistant

I have almost four years of experience working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and an Executive Virtual Assistant. For almost four years, I’ve worked in real estate, like finding and guiding clients through buying and selling homes, houses and lots, lot only or condos and providing the excellent customer service they need.

I also spent over three years as an Executive Virtual Assistant and General Virtual Assistant, supporting a U.S. real estate owner and a home security company. My tasks included managing emails, scheduling, handling social media with Hootsuite, creating campaign materials, and making cold calls. However, as a General Virtual Assistant to my Real Estate boss, I handle property management, like tenant coordination, and address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Market vacant properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and local advertisements. Maintain detailed records of all property-related activities, including tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Conducted background checks and credit assessments for potential tenants and prepared and submitted regular reports to property owners or real estate management companies.

I’ve also written articles, cross-posted content using Few Feed, and used CRM systems like Odoo, Zoho, and Salesforce. For Project management, I used Monday.com and ClickUp. Communication tools include Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, while I manage documents with Google Drive and calendars with Google Calendar. For social media management, I used Hootsuite, and for light graphic design, I used Canva. Additionally, I handle recruitment tasks such as sending offer letters to new hires and conducting a Zoom meeting for pre-boarding and quick discussion of our company handbook.

I am skilled in various tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Hootsuite, Canva, HubStaff, Zoho CRM, and Rippling.

I really love working from home as it allows me to spend more time with my family while balancing my professional responsibilities. I have two sisters who are still studying in college, which motivates me to build a stable career so I can support them. I also hope to help them find stable careers with a good work-life balance. In my free time, I enjoy watching K-dramas on Netflix and spending time with my furbaby. My goal is to build a successful career and ensure my family’s security and happiness. I fear losing my family and my furbaby, which drives me to cherish and protect them.

My diverse experience in real estate and virtual assistance makes me a valuable asset to any team, and I am dedicated to using my skills to achieve success and help others reach their goals. I know that I gained a lot of relevant experiences throughout my working journey that helped me apply for this position. I also believed that I met all the qualifications needed for this job position. Additionally, I have a strong passion in my field of expertise, I possess relevant skills and knowledge, and I am really excited to share my knowledge with the team.
