Babylyn Nakpil Dimaculangan – Customer Service Representative

Good day! My name is Babylyn Nakpil Dimaculangan. You can call me Lyn.

I enjoy reading, watching movies and TV shows, playing online or mobile games, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.

When I have spare time, I always watch Korean drama. I love watching them! Actually, my favorite Korean drama is Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. It is about a 21st century woman that was transported back in time to the Goryeo Dynasty or year 941. She initially fell in love with the gentle and warm-hearted 8th prince and later with the fearless 4th prince. This story is about the fight or rivalry of the princes over the throne.

I also love surfing the internet. I always check my social media accounts for the latest news and trending events everyday. I am also using my social media accounts to communicate with my colleagues and friends.

I graduated April 27, 2019 at Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology. I took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing. I’ve worked in the field of Customer Service for more than four years. When I was in first year college, I worked as part of the Service Crew at a fast food chain for three years. And then when I was on fourth year college, I worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative for more than a year until I graduated. After graduation, I continued working in a BPO company. Based on my experience, I could say that I am an expert in the field of Customer Service.

I am also a part time online English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. I am teaching Chinese kids and adults. My students are awesome! They can absorb the lessons easily.

I can also perform administrative tasks such as data entry, Creative PowerPoint Presentations, Research Assistance and any Microsoft Office jobs. I am willing to expand my skills in this field and I am willing to undergo extensive training.

I am new in the field of Virtual Assistance but I know that this job fits me well. I am eager to learn new things. I am flexible, a team player, can adapt in a fast-paced environment, can deliver customer satisfaction and most especially, I am reliable.
