Archielyn Plandano – Customer Service Representative

Hi, my name is Archielyn Plandano. I live in Bulacan. I have 4 years of work experience in a call center with different accounts. I’m going to walk you through my working experience in detail to the best of my ability.

Student loan forgiveness program (US). My job was to cold call the lead with student loans and help them lower their monthly payment or possibly forgive all of the student loans

Electricity campaign (Australia). My task was to cold call Australian households and asking them about their electricity and gas provider. If they are qualified, we do a live transfer to the sales team for them to convert from a different provider with a better plan.

Lastly, Kuya J, which is a food delivery campaign here in the Philippines. My job is to take the order of the customers over the phone and do upselling, and assisting them with their orders, giving them discount cards if available, and then pass it through the physical store ensuring all of the details are correct for them to process the customers’ order and continuously update the customer if needed until the order delivered successfully.

I also have 10 months of experience in a home-based work setup. I worked as a real state appointment setter. My job was to cold call potential clients and ask them qualifying questions to know if they are a qualified buyer or seller of their property that the leads want to sell or buy

I have given my 100% effort in my career and this has enabled me to recognize my capabilities and limitations. I have basic knowledge when it comes to social media management, graphic design, and virtual admin task, and if you want me to do something that I did not mention here, I am a fast learner. Giving value to the team is my passion.

When it comes to technical, I have an i3 4g windows 10 laptop and 35 Mbps plan wired internet and prepaid for the backup internet. As for my backup computer and a backup plan of electricity, I can borrow my boyfriend’s computer and also go there if needed if there is an electricity interruption which is 4 km away from my area. I also have a headset with noise cancelation.

During my spare time, I love playing mobile games and if I have a lot of time, I go hiking with my friends. Our major hike was in Mt. Pulag Ambangeg and Mt. Ulap in Benguet.
