Ailea Florence Aquino – Business Development Manager

Ailea Florence is a virtual assistant with over 8 years in the field. She has extensive experience with administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence. She held positions as an account manager, business development manager, affiliate marketing manager, team leader for sales and customer support, coach, client relations manager, happiness director and learning manager. Ailea is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. She is efficient in her assigned roles and effective in teaching and sharing her knowledge with the team. Ailea is able to interact directly with potential and existing clients and has increased customer satisfaction ratings.

Ailea is eager to learn something new everyday. She reads articles daily to keep up with current events and even tries to learn a new skill. She graduated from the University of Baguio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations Management and with units in Masters in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her studies in Australia to gain a Diploma in Project Management. Her roles from her previous work experiences were backed up by her knowledge and made her effective in the day-to-day operations of the company.

In addition to her duties at work, Ailea is also active in an organisation in her community. She is part of Rotary International which creates and provides projects for underprivileged individuals. They would normally check the needs of the community and come up with projects on how they can be of help.

She is also a music enthusiast and performs in several gigs with her band. She started singing and playing the piano when she was 7 years old. Ailea joined the chorale and theatre group back in her high school days. She also organises events to support local artists who would like to showcase their talents in the community. She likes to serve others – as her motto in life is that we should be kind in all ways.

Ailea loves travelling as this is a way for her to discover and get to know more about the story of a place. She has visited several places in the Philippines as there are a lot of places to explore in the country. She would be happy to see other places in the near future and maybe travel abroad too!

Ailea has a loving partner and a son who serves as her inspiration to do her best in everything she does.
