My journey as a professional is deeply connected to my role as the mother of three. Balancing family responsibilities with my career has not only taught me resilience and adaptability but has also fueled my desire to make a meaningful impact in my work. With a strong foundation in Public Administration, I earned my Bachelor’s degree and am currently completing my Master’s. This academic path has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to understand and navigate complex systems while always keeping people’s needs at the forefront.
My career began at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, where I took on roles as a Data Encoder and later as an Insurance Verifier. These roles emphasize the importance of accuracy and confidentiality, especially when working with sensitive information related to healthcare and insurance claims. I learned how small details in data entry or insurance verification can have a significant impact on people’s access to healthcare and financial security. The discipline, integrity, and attention to detail I developed in these roles have become core strengths that I bring to every professional setting.
Driven by a desire to diversify my skill set and gain more flexibility, I transitioned into virtual assistance and also began working as a freelance real estate agent. As a virtual assistant, I have handled tasks such as data management, customer service, and even legal support—each area further developing my organisational skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. In real estate, I use my communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients, often leading to successful transactions and strong client relationships.
In my recent role as a legal virtual assistant, I supported case preparation, legal documentation, and research. Working in a dynamic environment has honed my ability to deliver high-quality results even under tight deadlines. As a mother, these skills are mirrored in my everyday life, where organisation, time management, and empathy are essential.
Ultimately, my journey is one of growth, resilience, and dedication. Whether helping clients navigate a legal issue or guiding them through a real estate transaction, I am committed to providing excellent support and delivering results. I’m eager to bring my skills, experience, and commitment to a new team, where I hope to continue making a difference and, above all, inspire my children by showing them the value of hard work and continuous learning.
